Short Stubby - Boxed pairs of 3 Pure Beeswax Candles

Composition:

• 100% English beeswax
• Cotton wick
• H 10cm x 4.5cm at base
• Boxed in 3 pairs — 6 candles

Details:

• Hand-dipped, layer by layer — around 15 dips per candle
• Colour ranges from creamy white to deep gold
• Shade depends on filtration and what the bees have foraged
• Unscented — the honey note comes from the wax itself

Care:

• Trim the wick to 5mm before each use
• Burn away from draughts
• Never leave a burning candle unattended

Materials:

100% English beeswax — a by-product of British beekeeping, with nothing added. No paraffin, no stearin, no synthetic fragrance.

Production:

Made in Cumbria by a small candle-maker using traditional hand dipping. Wicks are hung from a frame and dipped repeatedly into molten wax, with time for each layer to cool before the next.

Sustainability:

Beeswax is renewable and biodegradable, and burns without the petroleum by-products released by paraffin. Candles are boxed in recyclable card.
